About Women's Alliance for Recovery
Services, Inc.
For over twenty years now, Women’s
Alliance for Recovery Services, Inc. has
been providing services to women in Ohio whose
lives have been affected by drug addiction and
violence, and advocating for a full continuum of
care where gender specificity and a holistic approach
to recovery is of pivotal importance.

- Private, Non-Profit, Tax Exempt Agency
- Funded by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and
Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS)
- Contract Agency of the Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Services Board of Cuyahoga County (ADASBCC)
- Services are free and bilingual (Spanish)
Women’s Alliance for Recovery Services,
Inc. sponsors two major fundraisers a year:
- Real Men Cook (since
1989)
- Autumn Harvest of Fine Arts and Crafts (since
1993)
Tax deductible donations are encouraged and greatly appreciated.
